Synergistic Development brings a combined 50+ years of residential construction experience to each and every project.  The experience spans all facets of construction; from carpentry and project management, to municipality engagement and construction accounting/financing, to architectural and structural design.  Our experience is diverse and well rounded.  Project experience ranges from rebuilding late 1800/early 1900 homes to building new custom & semi-custom homes, including several townhome style products. 

The Company is led by Shane Fable who started Synergistic Development in 2004 following several years working as a subdivision superintendent for a Colorado based production home builder and as project manager for a Denver based urban in-fill developer.  Shane graduated from the University of Denver Master of Real Estate & Construction Management program as well as the University of San Diego School of Business.

Our Team is comprised of internal superintendents & project managers, and numerous external partners who specialize in engineering & design.
